This policy describes how Manning Facial Plastic Surgery ("we," "us") handles information collected through this website. It does not govern the medical care provided at the practice. Health information created or received in the course of treatment is protected under HIPAA and described in our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at the practice.

We aim to collect as little as possible. When you submit the consultation inquiry form, we collect your name, the contact method you provide (email and/or phone), an optional area of interest, and any optional message you choose to write.

Our inquiry form asks you not to include sensitive medical details, and we discuss those privately at your consultation. Please do not submit diagnoses, conditions, photos, or other health information through this website.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process limited, standard technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

We use the details you submit only to respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation or follow-up. We do not use them for advertising.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share the contents of your inquiry with advertisers, and we do not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics that receive your form contents. We never place your personal details in a web address (URL).

If we ever use a service provider that handles health information on our behalf, that provider is required to do so under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by HIPAA.

This site defaults to privacy-preserving settings and does not load non-essential tracking by default. If we introduce optional cookies in the future, you will be able to decline non-essential ones.

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted (TLS) connection. Inquiry contents are only stored through a vetted, access-controlled backend covered by a Business Associate Agreement, and access is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.
